Having home field advantage is something entirely new for us – but we were up for the challenge! On Saturday May 17th we played a hour-long set of original tunes in the center of our hometown Marling, surrounded by scenic landscape of trees and wineyards.
As part of the Kulturtage Marling, happening throughout the week, we were up alongside two interesting (to say the least) events: kite flying and baking bread. We enjoyed weather and vibes to the fullest extend – and during the final guitar solo of “War Pigs” the clouds even decided to give way to some sun rays. I for one am crediting Tobias’ otherworldly skills for this occurrence…
